                                <description descriptionType="Abstract">Light intensity- and electrical bias-controlled aging tests can replicate the spatially non-uniform degradation modes observed in long-term outdoor operation of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). The interplay of these two key stressors shapes the dominance and spatial extent of each mechanism, paving the way for mechanism-targeted accelerated aging tests to expedite the development of resilient perovskite technologies. The dataset includes .csv files with indoor and outdoor maximum power point tracking (MPPT) measurements. The MPPT data is provided separately for each cell and includes voltage, current, and power at MPP as a timeseries. Irradiance and cell temperature for outdoor data are provided as separate files. The dataset also contains .npz files with hyperspectral photoluminescence (PL) maps of PSCs, comprising the raw spectral cube (wavelength axis and spatially resolved spectra) and derived parameter maps: central wavelength, spectral width, integrated intensity and fit deviation. Current density–voltage (J–V) curves, measured under a sun simulator at standard test conditions at regular intervals, are also provided for encapsulated cells that underwent indoor aging under varying light intensities and electrical bias.</description>
