In addition, a single junction CIGS reference measured simultaneously, during and after the month of April, is included as comparison. The dataset is provided together with the irradiance measured at the same installation angle and the sample´s temperature measured on the back of the sample. Moreover, the indoor measurements of the device before and after encapsulation are also provided. The data is organized as follows: Mpp-tracked photovoltaic dataset: perovskite-CIGS tandem [Pmpp;Impp;Vmpp], CIGS (reference) [Pmpp;Impp;Vmpp], Irradiance, Temperature (Sample) IV measurements at standard test conditions: After fabrication (Isc to Voc and Voc to Isc), Before encapsulation, After encapsulation, 1 min lightsoak, Relaxed back, 1 min long pass filtered light soak, 1 min light soak (2), 10 min light soak
